And on my second part of the trip Zurich/Nice they refused to sell me to me from the Duty Free because they didn't have time..... :( The dark hair flight attendant in the back of that plane was not informative or nice....I had to talk to the head flight attendant in the front of the plane, she was more professional! Other than that everything was good!"

Negativ: "The security process in the Prague airport is so ridiculous. There are security agents who screen you in the baggage drop off line that makes the line take a very long time. Once you finally get your sticker from them it’s a quick trip through customs. Then the pain really begins with a security scan st each individual gate to enter a boarding area for the plane. Then I was pulled for extra security where a male agent touched my but with some sort of swab with no warning. He then claimed to not speak English (with zero accent when I asked him a question). It was a humiliating and very long process all run by delta!"

Negativ: "Wir hatten uns für den teureren Direktflug entschieden - dieser wurde zweimal geändert, letztendlich hatten wir einen Stop in Orlando und sind viel früher losgeflogen als ursprünglich geplant - was zur Folge hatte, dass die Kids quasi nicht geschlafen haben weil wir mitten in der Nacht ankamen und zu allem Überfluss wurden unsere Sitzplätze geändert - in die Reihe vor dem Notausgang, an der sich nicht mal die Lehne zurückstellen lässt... also extrem wenig Platz wenn der Vordermann seine zurückstellt..."

I fly with American (because many booking agencies use them) I achieved status after years of their cruel methods of forcing us to check our instruments, thinking “FINALLY, I can board without being hassled about my instrument coming onboard with me.” Nope!! They fight me every time, as if I’m some guy going on vacation and bringing my beater guitar to play on the beach. They holler every time, “SIR YOU’RE GONNA HAVE TO CHECK THAT” $6,000 worth of equipment to make space for someone’s socks. (?!?!) Today, I boarded TWO delta flights and was told, “see if it fits... if not, we can gate check it for you...” YES!!! That’s all I ask!!! Just let me TRY first! If it doesn’t fit, THEN I can’t complain! Anyway, sorry for the saga! I just want to say THANK YOU! I had peace of mind ALL day! Keep up the great work! Your staff is outstanding!!"

Positiv: "The crew is always wonderful. The complimentary beverage and snack really makes the flight better, even in the tiny seats. The flights with tv screens and charging ports are great, although they only seem to be on my shorter of the two connecting flights."

Negativ: "Crew allows the first zones to place both their carryon and personal items in overhead storage, filling the bins before many travelers board the plane. We are then asked to check our bag, and are forced to put our 1 bag between our legs, whole many people stored two overhead. Flight was delayed a few minutes and time was not made up in air. Delta changed a few of our flights before we were even off the plane, while other passengers were allowed to keep their original flight (originally we all had the same connecting flight). Looks to me like they overbooked and pulled some of us randomly. Also, my checked bag was sent on wrong plane, and sat unattended at next airport for 2 hours."

The attendants were curt and not helpful, they told us they had no information. After the plane was boarded, we were finally given tickets with seats and rushed onto the plane. When we arrived at the Sarajevo airport, our luggage and the luggage of many passengers did not arrive! We waited in a line for 1.5 hours to put in a claim for our suitcases. It was not a good experience."

Negativ: "Offenbar war ein Teil des Personals nicht ganz frei von Vorurteilen ggü. Asiaten. Die unterschiedliche Behandlung fiel bei einigen Gelegenheiten auf. Leider war das ansonsten angenehme Flugzeug sehr eng und voll besetzt."

Negativ: "Maschine ist 40 Minuten zu spät nach Berlin gekommen, in Summe 100 Minuten Verspätung, das Bodenpersonal war dann zu wenig um mit der Verspätung halbwegs umgehen zu können."

Negativ: "Dass Swiss gebucht wurde und Austria ihn durchführte, dass die Anschlussverbindungen nicht geklappt hat"

Positiv: "The seats were very nice, and I found it very pleasing that everything was colour coordinated. (the small details in red and the rest in gray). The flight attendants were so happy and upbeat, it lifted your mood as well! I believe that we left a few minutes early, as boarding was completed early. And thefood? Mind-blowing for airplane food. I really enjoyed this flight."

Negativ: "There wasn’t much I didn’t like about the flight. Sometimes the announcements were very slightly difficult to hear (accents and whatnot,) but you could still tell what they were saying."

Negativ: "There were a large group of very smelly passengers that came in at the end portion of boarding. The AC counldnt handle it and the crew didn’t use any spray to save the rest of us suffocating passengers. Thank goodness the flight was short."

Negativ: "Lufthansa’s/Austrian Airlines’s idea of a ‘snack’ is a pathetic little bag of sugar and chemicals that no one should have to be offered, even if it comes for free. Hugely disappointed. Flight attendants not attentive enough, and it took forever for the flight attendant to come after I’ve pressed the call button. Overall impression: meh! First time flying Austrian, but next time I’ll probably book with their competitors if prices are similar."

Positiv: "We had a very tight connection but there was no problem. With only 30 minutes between arrival and departure our checked bags still made the flight."

Negativ: "Flug von Ottawa nach Toronto wurde gestrichen und ich bekam eine email 1,5 Stunden vorher dass mein neuer Flug um 14:00 vorgeschoben wurden ist. Dadurch habe ich meinen Anschluss nach Paris verpasst. Muss jetzt ein Tag später raus fliegen. Kommunikation häte besser sein können."

Positiv: "The flight was cancelled at the last minute I had to buy another flight with Air Canada that cost me double the price and i was stuck at the airport all day !!!! The Air Canada flight was at 6.30pm ,and the West Jet was suppose to leave at 11.30am"

Positiv: "It was stunningly cold in both the departure and arrival cities, yet the flight was delayed less than an hour. I'm not being sarcastic at all. Very happy to arrive safe and pretty much on time despite the terrible weather. Thank you Westjet!"

Negativ: "I wish the person next to me had been a lot skinnier. Same applies to me I suppose, only not quite as much so."

Positiv: "The air hostess were very nice and dis their job well. I complained about the baording lady who got us boarded on to flight and they apologized. They saw the whole incident when the lady came on the flight but they did know know her name when I asked later. That served well with smiles and jokes"

Negativ: "I went on the flight running through security to make it on time for my flight. Unfortunately security was too long and took a while. I forgot my hand luggage when I grabbed my other bag. I tempted to go out and get it after I boarded. She spoked high toned voice instructing me to go back on flight. I went back and i did... she brought my bag from security I was grateful until she spoked loud in the mid section of the plane to me sarcastically and rudely "so you left a whole bag" and walked out after placing it up. I was sitting way back and people saw it all. I felt she embarrassed and very bad and i think customers should got be treated that way."

Negativ: "That I had to pay $30 for one checked bag, would have thought the first one was free!"

Positiv: "We left late and after a six and a half hour flight with a 5 hour layover we were not impressed. The plane was a Boeing 737-600 and the rows were close together. The first plane was a Boeing 37-800 with a lot more legroom. WestJet should take these things into consideration when scheduling their flights."

Negativ: "Didn't like leaving late, I don't care the reason. Rows close together."

Positiv: "West jet people cope with constant delays and breakdowns with calmness and desire to help the passengers. My flight was fine, no problems. I trust that any problems that come up can be resolved."

Negativ: "I know that snacks are not a major factor on a flight but when there is the exact same choice of Lotus cookies and pretzels on every single flight it is really boring. By the end of three flights over a long day, it’s pretty awful."

Positiv: "Considering the winter snow storm in effect at the time of the flight, I think WestJet did well!"

Negativ: "Seats were too narrow, plane was changed to what looked like a smaller plane. Everything else wasn’t WestJet’s fault. Red eye flight and jerk behind me left his light on the whole flight and giy beside me kept rib checking me, preventing me from sleep. By the time plane landed I had been up 23 hours."

Positiv: "Friendly staff."

Negativ: "Flight Late by Over 1 Hour due to deicing which they should have built into their boarding time schedule and two passenger did not show up causing further delays."

Positiv: "The crew and flight was amazing."

Negativ: "Checking in was horrible. I stood in line while many of the agents kept chatting with each other. Then when they finally noticed that I was still standing there 2 of them waved at me. The agent who checked me in acted like I was inconveniencing her, she had a really bad attitude."

Positiv: "Crew was friendly."

Negativ: "Lack of maintenance. Seats did not recline, seat in front of me was broken. No reading lights available. One washroom became inoperable. Just showing a lack of maintenance or cost saving measures until new planes are delivered. Not a great impression for a carrier striving to compete against Air Canada. I would say they are competing with Air Transat."

Positiv: "The Wet jet staff were very accommodating and lovely. The on board staff and on ground staff did their best to be very accommodating during very problematic weather issues related to Toronto."

Negativ: "We were given wheels up time twice due to delays in Toronto for freezing rain. I ended up changing my flight to a direct from Calgary to London. The amount of time spent in the airport was definitely a negative."

Negativ: "Lots of delays on different flights for members of our party flying from various points in US to Calgary and on returns. Several folks had damage to their luggage, including wheels torn off of baggage and a cracked ski helmet."

Positiv: "The crew was very friendly as were the security agents."

Negativ: "west jet did a poor job of scheduling maintenance staff."

Positiv: "Non stop flight"

Negativ: "Internet was faulty"

Positiv: "The overall experience on my westjet trip was great. Everything west jet does - and all the groups in the airport are fantastic !"

Positiv: "The flight attendants where really nice and so was the service wouldn't change a thing here."

Negativ: "I didn't like that someone was reclining in there seat in front of me and it was so far down that it was uncomfortable even to sit in my seat or get to my table. Also was very disappointed that I had to pay for food even though it was way over 8 hours, in the end didn't even bother about food was not much of a choice. Also no TV on this long haul flight was really disappointed again, so I had to pay for a tablet was hugely disappointed. Needed more leg room was cramped on this flight."

Positiv: "The West Jet reps everywhere were calm, cool, and friendly. I thought they were terrific. In Edmonton, the women from West Jet did their best to help and keep the waiting disgruntled passengers informed. In Kelowna, when I discovered my luggage was still in Calgary, the West Jet rep was cheerful and helpful. How could I possibly be annoyed?"

Negativ: "Wrong. I ended up in Kelowna."

Positiv: "I really liked the service with West Jet. The people were so friendly and helpful, and that was huge since we were not as familiar with Canadian procedures. After we got on board the flight, I do not remember much since I literally got on the plane and went to sleep. But I was comfortable enough to sleep!"

Positiv: "mostly everything that an airline can offer is always on par !"

Negativ: "seat sealction - I've booked in advice but seat selection is always a headache. I prefer to have front seats (closes to front in econly class, emergency area) but I got stuck all the way in the back by the washrooms. It would be amazing if on my way back to Calgary I can have a better option?"

Positiv: "Stayed patient with the large, young group aboard. Didn't let that stress bleed over to other passengers"
