Leider sind die Sitze etwas ins Alter gekommen, denke wäre wieder einmal Zeit die Kabine auszutauschen.

She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

The cabin was a bit warm, and I felt pretty cramped in my seat. The pilots did a fantastic job flying. Landing is my least favorite part of flying, but I didn’t clutch my husband or the seat in front of me when they landed at Dulles.

The last leg of my flight did not exist so I was stranded in DC overnight.

Auf die Frage in der Business Class, ob es ein bisschen wärmer gemacht werden könnte, da es von unten kalt zieht, nur die lapidare Antwort, das käme wahrscheinlich von der Aussentür und die Temperatur wurde nicht höher gestellt. Also ein Flugzeug, wo es durch die Tür zieht. Na, ja, schlimmer geht's eigentlich kaum noch.

Das Boarding dauert schließlich auch unendlich lange/ Maschine war komplett ausgebucht. Besser wäre gewesen, von hinten nach vorne die Maschine zu füllen, nicht kreuz und quer durcheinander, bis jeder dann sein Gepäck verstaut hat - das kostete zusätzlich Zeit."

Aus nicht ersichtlichen Gründen wurden bereits zuvor Flüge von LH und EW nach MUC annulliert. Erst gegen 21 Uhr erfolgte die Snkündigung dass 21:45 die neue Abflugszeit wäre. Gestartet ist die Maschiene dann um 22:05 Uhr. Die Kommunikation war sehr schlecht, das Bodenpersonal schloss bis zuletzt keine Annulierung aus."

Once the boarding sign went on and all passengers gathered in line, we were left waiting standing up for almost an hour because there was a delay.

It would be nice to have vegan options for meals. The entertainment was not working on the the way to Austria. It was only available near the end of flight to Canada. The service was excellent.

Flight was delayed by approx 1 hour. The boarding process and the flight itself were very good, slightly tight squeeze for my legs but overall happy.

Aufgrund Probleme bei der Gepäckverladung (lt. Durchsage) hatte der Flug leider eine Stunde Verspätung.

Negativ: "For this flight, the line of people to board stretched outside of the gate- it was not possible to wait inside the gate. Once we were checked in we had to shove our way onto an overcrowded bus for transport from the gate to the plane. More buses are needed when ferrying people by bus from the gate to the plane, in general (not just on this flight)."

Negativ: "Food and no entertainment, crew was not consequent with safety rules."

Negativ: "There is little that I can think of which I disliked about this flight to London, I would use Air Malta again"

Negativ: "Basically a mostly-on-time bus in the sky. Both trips there were issues with soap in the bathroom. The first time: a shared hotel bar. The second: no soap at all. Food awful (tuna sandwiches for everyone served in a closed tube hurtling through the air not my idea of a good time) but it was a short flight from Amsterdam to Malta so whatever."

Da mein Flugzeug 90 min in Verspätung angekommen, habe ich das gemietete Auto verpasst. Daraufhin sollte ich ein Zug um 24 Uhr nach Köln suchen . Hier habe ich das Geld für Auto und Zug in Mühl geschmißen und mein Termin am Samstag sollte ich verschieben

Da mein Flug von Hamburg nach Düsseldorf schlecht wegen Verspätung schlecht war

Pünktlich, freundliches Personal. Alles perfekt.

Crew war gestresst und wirkte überarbeitet. Wann wurden die psychischen (Fehl-)Belastungen der Piloten und des Kabinenpersonals das letzte Mal analysiert??

Positiv: "The flight was fine."

Negativ: "Super delayed. I arrived in Vienna at night with no further outbound flights because of the delay. Also, the airline will not accept responsibility for the missed connection so Im done with Eurowings."

Negativ: "Der bessere Hendrick's Gin von der Karte hätte vorrätig sein können. Edler gerne auch! Das Flugzeug war den ersten 20min trotz Bose noiseCancelling sehr laut - Kabinenueberdruckkompressor??"

Positiv: "Alles ging vglw. schnell..."

Negativ: "Lange Wartezeit auf das Gepäck, Zeitvorteil durch Flug war dahin..."

Positiv: "The flight was pretty smooth considering it was a small plane."

Negativ: "I did not appreciate having to give my hand luggage into the hold which meant that I did not have any money to purchase any drinks on the flights and I was also sitting next to an overweight man which made it very tight for space."

Positiv: "Crew war 'neutral', so wie eine Crew am späten Abend typischerweise ist. Es war viel Platz (wenig Fluggäste)"

Negativ: "Sehr lange Wartezeit, bis das Gate bekannt gegeben wurde, dann nur wenig Zeit bis zum Boarding..."

Positiv: "Entertainment was good."

Negativ: "The crew was horrible. They walked through the aisles with no regard for passengers seated in the aisles. No food over a 9 hr transatlantic flight. This was not explained in the ticket. This was absolutely absurd. I have never experienced that before"

Negativ: "The flight was delayed 40min So i missed the connection in Leipzig"

Positiv: "Boarding and getting off the plane was fast"

Negativ: "Our luggage space was occupied with bags from passengers from other rows."

Negativ: "Our departure was delayed 2 hours because an unaccompanied minor was placed on the wrong flight--UA's fault. That began a domino effect of missed connections. When the landed, We were given little information on how to re-book and had to wait in several long lines. All told, 12 hour delay to Milan"

Negativ: "Pünktlich abfliegen und nicht scheibchenweise die Abflugzeit schieben. Mehr Transparenz, was los ist. Passagiere mit Wasser versorgen."

Negativ: "The seat i was in had many stains on it and there was garbage under my seat. Someone needs to clean better... Also, need to look at passengers more closely as at least 2 still had cell phones on at take off"

Negativ: "Über eine Stunde Verspätung. Dann im Flieger die Ansage, dass man voraussichtlich noch 2,5 h auf das Startfenster warten müsse, weil nicht genügend Fluglotsen da sind. Zum Glück ging es dann nach 30 min doch los."

Positiv: "Crew was very friendly!"

Negativ: "The plane smelled terrible - almost like one of the toilets had backed up."

Negativ: "Das Check-in am Flughafen Florenz war eine Katastrophe: 90 Minuten für 50 Passagiere. Und als am Ende die Zeit knapp wurde, ging es auf einmal huschhusch. Auch die Sicherheitskontrolle war absolut chaotisch, und da wir mit einem Tier reisen, war das kein Vergnügen. Nie wieder FLR!"

Positiv: "I felt safe on board... the cabin crew members at least got that right. The toilets were clean."

Negativ: "Better entertainment system... better food and more courteous cabin crew members....."

Negativ: "Mein Gepäck würde aus einem mir unbekannten Grund nach Madrid geliefert. Obwohl Eurowings das mittlerweile schon seit min. einen Tag weiss, waren sie unfähig dies bis jetzt nachzuliefern! Trotz abgeschlossener Reiseversicherung, weiss ich nicht, ob ich eine Entschädigung hierfür bekomme!"

Negativ: "Verspaetung, Beinfreiheit. Am Schlimmsten aber finde ich, dass sogar den Senatormitglieder der Zugang zur Staralliance Lounge verwehrt wird. Was soll das?????"

Negativ: "Unfortunately the seal with extra legroom was comparable with a standard seat from other mid-distance airlines. The food & drink service was only from very limited quality. There was no entertainment on the seat, only with wi-fi oboard on your own handheld."
