Flug Dubrovnik - München ab 71 € - Günstige Flüge von Dubrovnik nach München ab 71 € - KAYAK (2023)

Der Flug war überbucht, so dass wir erst im zweiten Anlauf Plätze bekamen. Der Check-in mit den Automaten in Wien ist eine Zumutung. In Berlin war die Ankunft des Fluges nicht bekannt. Es dauerte ca. eine halbe Stunde, bis wir von Bord gehen konnten. Entsprechend lang dauerte auch die Gepäckausgabe. Das ist aber ein Problem des Flughafens BER (wen wundert das?) und nicht von Austrian Airlines.

Trotz zweimaliger Mail und Einstellungen im Profil war keine „dairy free“ Essen möglich :(

Positiv: "Great to be able to check in bags at the CAT railway station in the morning. Cabin crew were excellent- very friendly and helpful and did two drinks services. Austrian’s cabin crew sets them apart on European routes."

Positiv: "Das Flugzeug war sehr angenehm, vermutlich noch relativ neu. Das Entertainment-System fiel dadurch positiv auf, dass es funktionierte, viele praktische Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Vglw. gutes Essen, welches den Europäern auch freundlich serviert wurde."

Negativ: "Offenbar war ein Teil des Personals nicht ganz frei von Vorurteilen ggü. Asiaten. Die unterschiedliche Behandlung fiel bei einigen Gelegenheiten auf. Leider war das ansonsten angenehme Flugzeug sehr eng und voll besetzt."

Negativ: "Boarding was not organized at all. I was sitting in the front yet I got in almost at the end and barely was able to find a place for my handbags. Ut took way too long and people had to stand for a long time to board. Crew members were not up to par either. I had my earphones and was watching a movie and feel asleep. And everytime one them passes by, they will knock me awake. I was extremely tired and tried hard to sleep yet they kept waking me up every time one of them passes by, no matter how skinny they were! Totally unprofessional."

Positiv: "The seats were very nice, and I found it very pleasing that everything was colour coordinated. (the small details in red and the rest in gray). The flight attendants were so happy and upbeat, it lifted your mood as well! I believe that we left a few minutes early, as boarding was completed early. And thefood? Mind-blowing for airplane food. I really enjoyed this flight."

Negativ: "There wasn’t much I didn’t like about the flight. Sometimes the announcements were very slightly difficult to hear (accents and whatnot,) but you could still tell what they were saying."

Negativ: "There were a large group of very smelly passengers that came in at the end portion of boarding. The AC counldnt handle it and the crew didn’t use any spray to save the rest of us suffocating passengers. Thank goodness the flight was short."

Negativ: "Lufthansa’s/Austrian Airlines’s idea of a ‘snack’ is a pathetic little bag of sugar and chemicals that no one should have to be offered, even if it comes for free. Hugely disappointed. Flight attendants not attentive enough, and it took forever for the flight attendant to come after I’ve pressed the call button. Overall impression: meh! First time flying Austrian, but next time I’ll probably book with their competitors if prices are similar."

Negativ: "Croatian Airline checkin service was good but was made to check in carry on. However, baggage clerk was extremely hostile and wanted to charge us for two bags for which we had prepaid. Would not accept our evidence of payment for the two bags. Finally accepted her mistake but Forced to pay 90€ For the extra bag. Ripoff!! Other airlines (Vueling, Air Europa) checked same bag as courtely, did not charge. First and last time flying Austrian."

Auf die Frage in der Business Class, ob es ein bisschen wärmer gemacht werden könnte, da es von unten kalt zieht, nur die lapidare Antwort, das käme wahrscheinlich von der Aussentür und die Temperatur wurde nicht höher gestellt. Also ein Flugzeug, wo es durch die Tür zieht. Na, ja, schlimmer geht's eigentlich kaum noch.

Für einen Linienflug ok. Hygiene voll in Ordnung. Alles in Allem schon ganz gut.

Negativ: "SARS-CoV-2 und Abstandsgebot gibt es für LH nicht!? Biz mit nur 1 PAX bis Row 6, Eco bis Row 10 alle Reihen unbesetzt (Trimmung). Dahinter die Rows dicht besetzt, teilweise 2x2 im ohnehin schon eng bestuhlten CRJ. Bei Ankunft Busposition mit nur 1 Bus (Abstand im Bus??)."

Über die Verzögerung wurden die Gäste erst durch eine SMS informiert. Es dauerte dann ca. 30 Minuten bis die Dame am Gate sich eine erste kurze Ansage abgerungen hat. Das Boarding dauert schließlich auch unendlich lange/ Maschine war komplett ausgebucht. Besser wäre gewesen, von hinten nach vorne die Maschine zu füllen, nicht kreuz und quer durcheinander, bis jeder dann sein Gepäck verstaut hat - das kostete zusätzlich Zeit."

Aus nicht ersichtlichen Gründen wurden bereits zuvor Flüge von LH und EW nach MUC annulliert. Erst gegen 21 Uhr erfolgte die Snkündigung dass 21:45 die neue Abflugszeit wäre. Gestartet ist die Maschiene dann um 22:05 Uhr. Die Kommunikation war sehr schlecht, das Bodenpersonal schloss bis zuletzt keine Annulierung aus."

Positiv: "As a United 1K member and Star Alliance Gold member, I expected a little better treatment than being charged a premium to sit with my family in a 'rock bottom' basic seat."

Negativ: "I was surprised to have to pay more for a basic seat. I really thought I had paid enough already. I could not get boarding pass tickets for the last leg of our fight. I was told that Lufthansa''s system does not communicate with United Airline System. I found this to be untrue because I have had code share flights between United and Luftansa for 20 years. At Munich I was told that they could not get me tickets either and said that there may be a security issue with me. Once I heard this I walked away."

Croatian Airlines is operated like a budget airline (EasyJet, WizzAir) but they charge customers the same as a British Airways flight. Poor."

Positiv: "The flight was OK but we were mislead by your advertising which clearly stated that one checked bag was included with each ticket. When we arrived to check in we were told that was incorrect and we would need to pay for any checked bags."

According to the rules baggage must be dropped 1 hour before the flight, but the counter was not open. I asked an employee what the issue was and received no meaningful answer.. I made the effort to prepay the baggage fees. Good thing or we would have missed the flight. Will never fly Croatian again"

Negativ: "We checked in for our flights in Dubrovnik and were told we need to get the last boarding pass in Frankfurt. In Frankfurt, three agents were helping people when we arrived in the line. Twenty minutes later they were still with the same customers . Finally two additional agents appeared. We got our boarding passes, but were told we needed to hurry because they were already boarding. We made it because we ran as much as we could and arrived breathless and sweaty. Poor customer service!"

Positiv: "A few of us got squeezed due to a late departure. The crew was fantastic to rush us through passport check and get us boarded."

Negativ: "Departing flight left 2.5 hours late. Missed my connection. No one from LOT met us at the connecting airport to explain how our transfers would work. Airport security at the connecting airport bounced us back and forth a few times before deciding we should enter the transfer terminal and hope someone from LOT was still on duty. LOT put us up in a hotel overnight and booked us on a flighty the next day. The hotel was 1 hour drive, 50miles, from airport. I reached my final destination 13 hours late."

Positiv: "In Frankfurt it went through Lufthansa and the extra suitcase costed me $40 more as I’ve been told on the LOT website. Paid €107 where the web page of lot said $75"

Negativ: "After check in luggage I had to wait one hour to take care of the luggage price so I get my tickets. All this should have been do e before without going to different counter. Also I didn’t liked that I had to check in on the automated machine."

Positiv: "Es gibt nichts, was sich massiv bemängeln oder zu loben zu wäre. Es war ein normaler Flug, wie er auf einer Kurzstrecke mit einer Durchschnittsairline zu erwarten ist."

Negativ: "I have been told at the airport that I had an unconfirmed flight and was told that I could not travel to Istanbul. I am still at my departure city, in Chicago. I bought my tickets just like anybody would, go on the website, pick the flights and pay. But someone did not do their job correctly and did not correctly confirm my flight. I paid for this incompetence by missing Christmas and a business meeting. Do not think it will never happen to you, it is just a matter of time that this kind of bad service catches up to you. The system is so disconnected or careless that it can't even figure out I couldn't take the flight which it is is asking me a review for."

Positiv: "Flying with pet and airline could not have been more helpful. The food (dinner) was much better than expected. Wish I had asked for more. The pork, the vegetables salad and dessert had flavor. Flight attendant helped me with back off the plane even."

Negativ: "I don't like to seat by the window, and I couldn't change it by on line..."

Positiv: "Easy check in, accommodations for a seat preference, kind crew service on board, good food, free entertainment-good selection of movies and music, at no extra charge. on time going to WAW, and 30 min. early coming back to EWR. Flight coming back was cancelled due to technical difficulties, but no problems with rescheduling, LOT rep. was very helpful. No forced charges for checked-in and carry-on bags-BIG differentiator ! used 787 Dreamliner."

Negativ: "(there was nothing I disliked... a good experience overall)"

Positiv: "From check-in to boarding went as smooth as possible. 5 star service."

Positiv: "The crew on this flight was amazing. Very attentive, courteous and professional!! The crew was in no way responsible for how terrible this airplane was, and they did a wonderful job of making sure everything was taken care of."

Negativ: "The plane was terribly old and decrepit. None of the television screens worked, the airplane was dingy, brown, worn out looking and just overall gross. This flight was operated by a company called Privilege Style, and while the crew was fantastic everything else was terrible. The food was pathetic and nasty; they served breaded chicken that was so soggy it resembled a used dish cloth. It came with soggy oily vegetables and a cake that had condensation all over it. The only redeeming thing on this flight was the free Polish beer (it was warm). The flight we took going to Poland was on one of their new Dreamliner planes and it was amazing! We were so disappointed with this return flight as it was a stark contrast to the wonderful experience we had coming to Poland. I hope in the future they can discontinue use of these older planes, as it makes flying much more aggravating."

Negativ: "There was a delay on their first flight and then the same LOT company does not wait for our connection. After that we are send for one night at a crappy 1 star hotel in Warshaw."

Zu spät, dann noch auf Mitreisende gewartet die 2 Stunden zu spät waren! Nichts zu trinken und essen

Crew war gestresst und wirkte überarbeitet. Wann wurden die psychischen (Fehl-)Belastungen der Piloten und des Kabinenpersonals das letzte Mal analysiert??

Negativ: "Fluginfoanzeige Höhe Geschwindigkeit etc."

Positiv: "The flight was fine."

Negativ: "Super delayed. I arrived in Vienna at night with no further outbound flights because of the delay. Also, the airline will not accept responsibility for the missed connection so Im done with Eurowings."

Negativ: "Der bessere Hendrick's Gin von der Karte hätte vorrätig sein können. Edler gerne auch! Das Flugzeug war den ersten 20min trotz Bose noiseCancelling sehr laut - Kabinenueberdruckkompressor??"

Positiv: "The flight was pretty smooth considering it was a small plane."

Negativ: "I did not appreciate having to give my hand luggage into the hold which meant that I did not have any money to purchase any drinks on the flights and I was also sitting next to an overweight man which made it very tight for space."

Negativ: "We missed our connecting flight, had to wait six hours to fly to Munich, then sat in the Munich airport for four more hours as the flight to Milan was delayed. My bag made it to Milan by 10:30, I arrived at 22:00."

Positiv: "I felt safe on board... the cabin crew members at least got that right. The toilets were clean."

Trotz abgeschlossener Reiseversicherung, weiss ich nicht, ob ich eine Entschädigung hierfür bekomme!"

Negativ: "Unfortunately the seal with extra legroom was comparable with a standard seat from other mid-distance airlines. The food & drink service was only from very limited quality. There was no entertainment on the seat, only with wi-fi oboard on your own handheld."

Negativ: "Das Essen bestand aus einer Scheibe Toast, geformt zu einem Sandwich mit Schmierkäse. Dann verteilt doch lieber einen guten Schokoriegel!"

Positiv: "Lief alles reibungslos. Nettes Personal."

Negativ: "Kein Essen und keine Bordunterhaltung."
