Only a bottle of water. It was an air baltic flight and crew, not a swiss.

Da ich praktisch den ganzen Flug durchgeschlafen habe kann ich nicht viel dazu sagen 😁

Positiv: "Endlich geregelter Ausstieg. Find ich super"

Negativ: "Reckless and inconsiderate airline. The only carrier refusing to modify travel due to Covid-19 pandemic"

Negativ: "Teach Swiss Airlines stewardesses Lorena kãrli and Sabrina stadler manners. They are impolite and racist. Typical cold Swiss hospitality"

Negativ: "The plane waited 40 minutes for delayed connecting flights to arrive. It's great for some passengers because they don't miss the transatlantic flight, but it causes others to miss their connections on the other end. It added to very stressful deplaning."

Negativ: "Vepflegung: käsesändwich nicht sehr angenehm"

Positiv: "The crew was very professional and helpful. If you travel Business Class it is very pleasant. But if you are traveling Economy the boarding management and economy seats suck! Many people were complaining about how narrow the economy seats are on the A320/330 aircraft."

Negativ: "Swiss has finally done it! If you are a person who is large framed, around 225 lbs or higher you will not fit into their economy seats. I'm quite athletic and not obese but large framed (ex- football player), I could not sit squarely in the seat as my hips were severely pinched. Misery :("

Negativ: "The baggage took a really long time to be delivered to the carousel"

Positiv: "The AC was working well during the flight. Food was so much better than United and crew was very nice and helpful."

Negativ: "The seats in economy class are horrible, I had to get up every hour for a short stretch. The entertainment system remote control was very sticky, quite disgusting. Good think I carried some disinfecting wipes."

Negativ: "Swiss generally should be more helpful/accommodating with transfers - especially at mammoth airports like Zurich. We had 10 minutes to transfer - and my mother requested wheelchair support, which never came. Just a disaster in that regard."

Negativ: "Wir hatten Pech, da wir wahrscheindlich im ältesten Flugzeug der Flotte flogen. Wir sind gut angekommen aber mit etwas modernerer innenaustatung wre das ganze noch angenehmer gewesen."

Positiv: "Die Crew war OK, die Monitore waren gut, die Maschine der Edelweiss eine A330-300 (Chäsrueg) ist eher neu, sieht man auch an den WC"

Negativ: "Der Sitzabstand ist eine Katastrophe und auf keinem Fall 31inch wie es auf Seatguru steht und wird mich davon abhalten jemals wieder Edelweiss zu fliegen, jeder Passagier über 170cm wird leiden."

Positiv: "The expedited transfer from late flight out of Rome was an amazingly efficint process, much appreciated. Was very stressed when I thought I could not make the transfer, but Swissair really had it covered. My compliments"

Positiv: "Es war alles im grünen Bereich, wenn man einmal vom allgegenwärtigen Sound von gefühlt 100 übermüdeten Kleinkinder und Babies absieht. Die Sandwiches schmecken gut und die Biberli auch. Eine gute Verpflegung für einen solch kurzen Flug."

Negativ: "Schade, dass der Flug so spät ist. Ich sags jetzt trotzdem, auch wenn laut Watson nun alle Flugbegleiter/innen mit den Augen rollen werden: Ich vermisse den Tomatensaft. Er befriedigt mein Bedürfnis, ein Glas in der Hand zu halten und gleichzeitig etwas salziges zu mir nehmen zu können."

Negativ: "Bordunterhaltungssystem stark veraltet sowie nicht funktionsfähig (Flugkarte fehlt, Filme werden mit extremen Bildstörungen abgespielt, Sehr schmaler Sitz, wenig Beinfreiheit, Ein Flug mit United ist da sogar besser!!!"

Positiv: "Staff, food, on board entertainment all very impressive. Great flight."

Positiv: "Verständnisvolle Flugbegleiterin, die uns auf zwei freie, nebeneinanderliegende Sitzplätze hinwies."

Negativ: "Beim Check-in wurden uns (im Gegensatz zu den anderen Passagieren) keine Sitzplätze zugeteilt. Beim Boarding wurden uns, obwohl wir gemeinsam gebucht und eingecheckt hatten, Sitzplätze in zwei verschiedenen Reihen zugeteilt."

Negativ: "Because we missed our connection on our incoming flight, due to a delay leaving Newark by Swiss, Swiss cancelled our returning flights. So when we got to the airport on our return day, we were not booked on any flights. We were required to stay overnight and take a United flight home. Will avoid Swiss in the future."

Negativ: "Entertainment system was not working"

Positiv: "From boarding to disembarking, flying SWISS First is an experience. Attention to detail, great staff, wonderful food. And the seat is very roomy and comfortable."

Negativ: "Sadly, the IFE system was malfunct -but there were magazines and newspapers instead."

Positiv: "Though I was never sent an email for my daughter's check in, I had a different reservation for her but still under my name and same email, when I called on the phone the people were pleasant. They still never provided me with an email though and information allowing me to have my daughter checked in. they only provided me with her reference number."

Negativ: "All in all we had a poor experience and my family and I were disappointed. I'm about to book yet another ticket for my brother, but this time I'm not considering Swiss Air. Just so you know, I'm a very positive person and appreciate every polite and courteous gesture. Unfortunately this experience didn't allow me to do so."

Positiv: "A good airline and a good flight. Lots of entertainment options."

Negativ: "Zurich is a confusing Airport, where signs are not obvious, and the queues are poorly formed. They should improve that for sure."

Negativ: "Duty free---The plane was not able to take credit cards because machines not working and that was the same problem on flight ZRH to BCN. The power adaptor I wished to purchase was not available nor was a 2nd umbrella. Page 90-91 of your Duty Free Magazine."

Positiv: "Freundliche Crew und kleine Verpflegung im Flugzeug. Dankeschön"

Positiv: "Everything went smoothly on the rebooked flight the next day through Vienna to Newark USA. The flight on Austrian airlines was quite comfortable, good food and entertainment for the long flight. Boarding and deboarding all very smooth. Very helpful SWISS staff helped locate our luggage when we missed connecting flight the previous day."

Negativ: "Thunderstorm at Zurich caused delay of our flight into Zurich, and we missed original connecting flight to USA. Many other travelers affected and there were no other flights that day. One wonders if they could have held the flight for one hour or so to allow everyone to make the flight. There was a huge line, 2-3 hours of waiting, at SWISS transfer desk to rebook. It took another 2 hours to locate our luggage. I believe SWISS were required by EU regs to provide overnight accommodations and meals. But the hotel was 30+ km from the airport and we were not confident we would have transport in the morning to make our rebooked flight. Because we could not take the chance already being delayed by a day, we booked an airport hotel at our own expense. Overall experience of the missed connection was negative based on the airline's (SWISS) procedures, but the individual SWISS staff helping us were all helpful and made extra effort to accommodate."

Positiv: "Leicht verspäteter Abflug, aber nur um ein paar Minuten. Das Boarding ging schnell und unkompliziert, obwohl der Flieger ausgebucht war. Platz fürs Handgepäck gab es genug, da grössere Handgepäckstücke kostenfrei abgegeben werden konnten. Beim Einstieg bekamen wir auch gleich ein Tütchen Chips in die Hand gedrückt. Getränke wurden später auch noch gereicht."

Negativ: "Aufgrund den Wetterverhältnissen mussten in Zürich die Anflugswege abgeändert werden. Wir flogen ein paar Schlaufen und und landeten so etwas verspätet in Zürich."

Positiv: "Allgemeine Pünktlichkeit und Freundlichkeit"

Negativ: "Rollkoffer wird abgenommen obwohl ich mit diesem seit Jahren fliege. Andere werden mit grösseren Rollkoffern durchgelassen. Mehr Konsistenz bitte. Egalité! Alle oder keiner, aber keine Willkür."

Negativ: "Wir hatten uns für den teureren Direktflug entschieden - dieser wurde zweimal geändert, letztendlich hatten wir einen Stop in Orlando und sind viel früher losgeflogen als ursprünglich geplant - was zur Folge hatte, dass die Kids quasi nicht geschlafen haben weil wir mitten in der Nacht ankamen und zu allem Überfluss wurden unsere Sitzplätze geändert - in die Reihe vor dem Notausgang, an der sich nicht mal die Lehne zurückstellen lässt... also extrem wenig Platz wenn der Vordermann seine zurückstellt..."

Negativ: "Even though there were sunchips available, they were not giving them out to everyone. Only the people that paid up in coach got the sun chips. The rest of us got these sad bag of pretzels and cheesey snacks. So sad. Why wouldn't Delta offer the same snacks to everyone? Seems like such a small additional cost compared to such an offensive action. The money you save is certainly lost in bad publicity."

Negativ: "We had to get seats at boarding because of the flight delay. She offered us two seats in the back. I knew they don't pushback so I said no. She had given the woman ahead of me two seats in comfort plus. Did not offer that and was rude. There were at least a few empty seats in that area. As a courtesy to us having 1)been delayed in Costa Rica. And then 2) a long wait for the connecting flight in Atlanta it would have been reasonable to offer those seats. Which remained empty"

Positiv: "I'm not sure but it seemed as though the isle was wider than before or other airlines. It looks as nice not having the beverage cart hit my elbow when it went down the isle."

Negativ: "Dass der Flug sich verspätet hat, hat mich persönlich nicht sehr gestört. Wenn aber jemand danach weiter fahren muss, oder einen Termin deshalb verpasst, könnte etwas nervig sein."

Positiv: "Travel on Crostian Airlines did not pappen. KLM flight to Munich was cancelled and I was rescheduled on Air Setbia to Belgrade, the Split."

Negativ: "Poor timing - no reason for a 40 minute delay at take off (plane was fully boarded in time) Old aircraft, shabby, dirty and cramped seats. Coming from my connecting flight from Barcelona, I could clearly tell the different in the quality (and cleanliness) of the aircrafts."

Negativ: "Not that I cared at the time but having been asked for a rating on “entertainment” - there was none. Cheap and cheerful really. No extras over the likes of RyanAir."

Negativ: "Again, no aisle seat for SkyTeam Gold member. Also, my baggage was lost. First bag arrived a day late, second after I had left Billund and it was six days before the bag with my clothes reached me. I was told I will have 100 euro credit for clothing, but in the winter and for 6 days, this was not even close to the amount I needed for clothing and necessities, to have my time here."

Positiv: "Excellent experience with the cabin crew."

Negativ: "Seats on the 777 were too narrow. This 777 had a 3-4-3 seating arraignment, it would have been better with a 3-3-3, similar to a 787 configuration. With the current layout, even with an aisle seat, I was sitting in the aisle. And I am not a large person! The flight was full, so use the 787 and two daily non-stops. For a twelve hour flight, the food was only Okay, could have been better and with a better selection. Meal timing was poor."

Negativ: "Poor communication between delta, KLM and Air France meant that I couldn’t check in online and get a digital boarding pass. Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"

Der Flug war überbucht, so dass wir erst im zweiten Anlauf Plätze bekamen. Der Check-in mit den Automaten in Wien ist eine Zumutung. In Berlin war die Ankunft des Fluges nicht bekannt. Es dauerte ca. eine halbe Stunde, bis wir von Bord gehen konnten. Entsprechend lang dauerte auch die Gepäckausgabe. Das ist aber ein Problem des Flughafens BER (wen wundert das?) und nicht von Austrian Airlines.

Trotz zweimaliger Mail und Einstellungen im Profil war keine „dairy free“ Essen möglich :(

Negativ: "Offenbar war ein Teil des Personals nicht ganz frei von Vorurteilen ggü. Asiaten. Die unterschiedliche Behandlung fiel bei einigen Gelegenheiten auf. Leider war das ansonsten angenehme Flugzeug sehr eng und voll besetzt."

Nach einigem hin und her fand man doch Platz über den leeren Sitzplätzen der Business Class."

Negativ: "@Austrian Airlines & @Airport Vienna: die Konkurrenz kann das viel besser: Wenn man sich schon wegen des Zubringerfluges OS736 verspätet, und den Anschlussflug OS273 gerade noch erreichen kann, ist es Service orientiert wenn man die Passagiere a) über den Anschlussflug informiert b) mit Priorität durch den obligatorischen Security Bereich begleitet c) dem Personal am Gate Bescheid sagt, dass noch Passagiere boarden kommen Keine Infos wie wir zum Gate kommen, kein Priority beim durchlaufen des Flughafens und dann noch Security Check und dann noch das entfernteste Gate (F31), was es geben kann"

We liked the extra room in premium economy . They should have emphasized that the ear plugs can be recycled upon leaving the plane. We appreciated two meals on the long flight. Flight attendants were friendly and professional.

Das Boarding ist bei Lufthansa auch nach zwei Jahren Corona immer noch eine Katastrophe. Keine Ansage der Gruppen, so das alle gleichzeitig zum Boarding rennen. Das gleiche beim Aussteigen. Volle Gänge keine Ansage über einen geregelten Ausstieg. Leider kümmert sich die Lufthansa offensichtlich wenig um die Gesundheit der Passagiere.

Frankfurt - Paris ist der Business Class lohnt sich nicht - es gibt kaum einen Unterschied!

After that, all was great! My personal entertainment screen was not working properly for about an hour in to my flight."

Negativ: "Das Boarding lief total chaotisch ab, erst wurden wir zu Fuß über den halben Flughafen geleitet, am Gate mussten wir lange auf einen Bus warten und dieser fuhr dann wiederum über den halben Flughafen zurück bis ganz ans Ende wo das Flugzeug stand. Im Flugzeug war es bereits sehr voll, so dass wir nicht unbedingt freundlich darauf aufmerksam gemacht wurden, dass wir eventuell nicht unser gesamtes Handgepäck mitnehmen können. Schließlich fand sich doch noch ein Platz in den Staufächern der Business Class, mit dem Hinweis, da hätten wir aber nochmal Glück gehabt."

There was no accommodation given to my cousin so I have to take him back home with me and then drive 2 hours tomorrow morning to bring him back for his new flight. •The charger ports for our seats were not working, which means we were 8 hours + without a phone. •One female flight attendant had a bad attitude and dropped pretzels in my lap after I turned to quickly ask my cousin a question regarding what drink he wanted. •The plane landing was one of the most reckless I’d ever witnessed."
