Negativ: "No updates on why we were late. Then checked us in after the time of them posted delay just to make I stand 20 minutes outside in cold enough temperatures that you can see your breath. Why bring us outside? Ryanair is horrible"

Negativ: "Delay at the airport, also didn't take off anytime soon. We were sitting for over half and hour in the plane. Seats are very cramped too. People over 1.80m / 6 foot have to book an extra seat with more space, otherwise you won't have an convenient flight."

Positiv: "Der Flug ist pünktlich gestartet. Die Bordkarten gab es 4 Tage vorher nur gegen Aufpreis. Die Gebühren für Aufgabegepäck sind so hoch, dass man nicht von einer "Billigfluggesellschaft" sprechen kann: Bei je 1 Aufgabegepäckstück für zwei Personen werden für Hin-und Rückflug wegen des Umstiegs in Bergamo acht Gepäckstücke berechnet!"

Negativ: "Bordverpflegung gab es nur gegen Gebühr."

Negativ: "50euro per bag for check in! Very delayed departure. More money to sit next to spouse and more money to have one carry on bag-- which was for medications."

Negativ: "They kept saying my suitcase didnot fit the overhead compartment. I saw so many people with the same size bag...that didnot pay. I flew from Rome to Greece, back to Rome and, Lisbon Back And forth. I will think twice next time...When I fly to Europe next year..Flying Ryanair."

Negativ: "Buchungsprozess Ryanair immer mit Tücken und die Kosten werden erst nach und nach deutlich angezeigt. Nicht sehr transparent."

Negativ: "ca. eine halbe Stunde nach der ursprünglichen Boarding-Zeit kam ein anderer Passagier und teilte mit, dass der Flug um 17h weiter geht (Abflug war um 16.25). Um 17h wurde erst mit dem Boarding begonnen. Leider kam keinerlei Durchsage. Sehr ärgerlich."

Negativ: "We are senior travelers and were unable to check in early due to tecnology issues. So we we went to the airport early. We arrived a half hour before the check in deadline ended. There were not enough agents at the booth and we waited and waited. By the time we finally got service we were past the two hour deadline, and we were charged an additional 220 euros. This was not due to an error on our part. We want afull refund. If we donnot receive some sort of satisfaction, rest assured we will never fly your airline again. Nor will we recommend it."

Positiv: "Der Flug war pünktlich, das Boardteam nett und audmerksam"

Negativ: "Erst konnte man an Bord nur mit Karte zahlen. Dann gab es Probleme mit deutschen Karten und man sollte dann doch in Bargeld zahlen."

Negativ: "Unclear policy regarding check-in and fees attached. Make sure you check in early online! Avoid a stupid 55€ fee! Terrible boarding -felt like cattle being herded. Rude employees. Uncomfortable seats that don't go back at all. Left the bright florescent lights on the whole time for a night flight so they could try to sell us more stuff in-flight. An hour late."

Positiv: "On time and fairly quick baggage retrieval. Being able to check-in before you leave UK is very useful."

Negativ: "I booked through Kayak and although it does warn about extra charges for baggage, I feel I was duped because I booked for 3 check-in bags at additional cost thinking that would mean for outbound flight and return but once the booking transferred to Last minute on completion it turned out I only had check-in baggage for the outbound flight (different airline) and not for the Ryanair return flight. Ryanair charges more if you book check-in baggage after the original booking so the flights were much more expensive than I had thought. Kayak did not help with this issue. I would not use them again."

Positiv: "Nach der Sicherheitskontrolle benötigt man 20min zum Gate D40. Der Bereich ist ordentlich und hat eigene Sanitärräume und eine Kaffeebar. Das Boarding erfolgt reibungslos, die Busfahrt zur Parkposition auf der Südseite dauert entsprechend lange. Bei schlechtem Wetter ist das Besteigen des Flugzeugs unangenehm (wie bei jeder Außenposition in FRA"

Negativ: "Crew war in Ordnung. Störend sind die Ankündigungen der Zusatzverkäufe. Die Kabine der neuen B737 war angenehm, Sitzabstand sehr ausreichend."

Negativ: "Nachdem wir schon ca 1/2 Stunden im Flieger saßen, wurde uns gesagt, dass wir wieder aussteigen und in ein anderes Flugzeug steigen sollten. Wir waren zu schwer! Was auch immer wir darunter zu verstehen hatten! Nach etwa zwei Stunden startete dann endlich das Flugzeug. Dies war mein erster Flug mit RyanAir und wird auch mein letzter sein!"

Negativ: "Es war so kalt in der Maschine , dass sich fast alle Passagiere ihre Jacken anzogen. Auf meine Bitte nach einer Decke, erwiderte mir die Stewardess dass es so etwas bei Ryanair nicht gibt....wahrscheinlich sparen die auch an der Heizung. Ich bin seit dem Flug erkältet!"

Positiv: "Enge Sitze , kein Snack, Getränke nur auf NAchfrage. Keine Unterhaltung auf dem Flug."

Negativ: "Flug ging über eine Stunde verspätet ab OTP, da Maschine anscheinend zu spät hereinkam ! Informationen über Lautsprecher waren sehr schlecht verständlich, dank der Verspätung wurde der Nachtzug Richtung Ruhrgebiet verpasst,"

Positiv: "Das Personal am Schalter war unhöflich hat trotz Webseiten Fehler 100€ fürs check in verlangt. Forsche Dame und auch sehr unhöflich gewesen. Wuerd so schnell keinen Flug mehr buchen. Besatzung im Flieger wär cool"

Negativ: "Essen war gut aber mit 10€ pro Person dich etwas zu teuer für eine 200g Portion."

Positiv: "Der Flug mit Ryanair ist pünktlich abgeflogen und dank günstiger Bedingungen sogar überpünktlich gelandet. Einfaches Check-in, Handgepäckskontrolle im überschaubaren Rahmen. Äußere Rahmenbedinungen absolut nicht zu beanstanden."

Negativ: "Eher suboptimal, dass man trotz gemeinsamer Buchung und Check-in nicht zusammen sitzt und sich einen Sitzplatz im Flieger ertauschen muss. Komfort und Beinfreiheit entsprechen dem gezahlten Preis..."

Negativ: "No entertainment or free snacks/water. Flights were cheap but you can't cancel them, just modify the reservation. I bought the return flight to a different airport by mistake but i was not able to cancel"
