Beide Maschinen veraltet, Unterhaltungstechnik von Entebbe funktioniert gar nicht, kein Bemühen der Besatzung, auch Bordtechnik im Airbus nach Stuttgart völlig veraltet! Keine Weiterempfehlung!"

Negativ: "The flight I booked out was later than my return. It was 8:30 at night not in the morning and the site did not flag it for me. So I showed up at the airport and had to buy another ticket at the very last minute. Never used the one I bought through kayak.luckily Turkish air made it happen or I would have missed my meeting."

Negativ: "Have never seen this happen elsewhere, but shortly after boarding, the crew announced they had to do a safety check, which required all the passengers to collect their personal items (i.e. everything from the overhead bins) to hold with them in their seats, as the crew 'checked' the bins and aisles. The procedure didn't seem to delay the flight, but just seemed a little pointless and a waste of effort. Thankfully there wasn't anything found or any other cause for alarm, but it just seemed odd."

Negativ: "My knees were actually pressed up against my he seat in front of me even though I had my butt all the way back. So, thankfully I had an aisle seat so I just stuck my knee out to the side...this was a partial solution only as the crew came by at least 5 times on a 2 hour flight with the service cart, smacking my knee each time. No complementary snacks or beverages... not even water. Somewhat surprised that they didn't charge to use the lavatory."

Wie bei den meisten Fluggesellschaften sind die englischen Durchsagen sehr mangelhaft: 1. undeutlich und 2. viel zu schnell. Es gibt ja genug Zeit."

Positiv: "Da ich bisher noch nie mit Pegasus geflogen bin, hatte ich mir den gesamten Ablauf und die Situation viel unangenehmer vorgestellt. Der Pilot ist so sauber und ruhig geflogen, die klimazisierung in Flieger war auch schmeichelhaft und die Beleuchtung ebenso. Da ich nachts geflogen bin fand ich die Entspannung umso schöner im Flieger. Daumen hoch. Jedes mal aufs neue:)"

Negativ: "Never in time and the POS machine on board never works with debit cards or cards without PIN code .... it didn’t work with more than half of the passengers on board!!! Oh they also charged me 47 euros for just 4 kgs of extra weight!!! Unacceptable !"
