You lost my luggage. You delayed my flight 1 hour. We didn't arrive in time and missed events we scheduled because we had to sit in the airport for 2 hours to file a claim

very bad The bus does not have AC and the windows do not open either. Airplane seats are very hard, very uncomfortable.

Negativ: "Missed flight because of internal airport transit services. Lufthansa couldn’t rebook because Air Dolomiti was the carrier. Air Dolomiti had no customer service hotline open so I missed all possible flights. Had to book a $300 flight to make an international connection. Customer service was poor."

Positiv: "The crew was amazing, and the seat was good because the woman close to me I guess went out for a walk, as she got up after take-off and never came back."

Negativ: "They ran out of one of the options for lunch, so my choice was, "Or steak." But it was good, so... Good."

Ziemlich schlecht organisiert. Ansagen - egal in welcher Sprache (ITA, ENG, DEU) samt und sonders unverständlich. Insbesondere sehr schlechte englische (!) & deutsche Aussprache (abgelesen, aber nicht gut). Dabei gab es Personal, das besser Deutsch konnte, aber die Chefin wohl eher nicht. Gepäckausgabe: einige wenige Koffer kamen innerhalb weniger Minuten, danach dauerte es 15 Min oder länger, ehe der Rest auftauchte. Ein Koffer erlitt einen Sprung, vermutlich durch Wurf/Sturz aus mehr als 1 m Höhe."

The flight was going to be very long, so I paid the big dollars to fly comfortably in business class on the 787. What a waste. The power seat didn't work. The flight attendant had to remove the seat cushion and manually adjust various controls each time I wanted any position adjusted. And to top it off, my bags didn't make the flight. They came in about 22 hours later and are being sent to my home. But, they will transferred to another carrier for delivery and I may not get them for another few days according to the message we received."

Negativ: "Entertainments options were shockingly few. Honestly have not been on a plane recently with so few and limited options of TV series and movies. I was extremely surprised. Wish I had know and I would’ve had more options for my family."

Negativ: "I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

Negativ: "Was not informed that checking in online is the only way to secure a seat. So, regardless of whether you book your tickets 3 months in advance or the day before, you're not actually guaranteed a seat unless you check in online. We weren't told this until we were at the airport and checked in there that we might not be able to get our pre-booked in advance flight because of over-booking from KLM. We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."

Negativ: "I paid almost $400 for upgraded seats. When I got to the airport-- no seats-- both ways!! i didn't even have regular seat assignments. I had to choose from the last few seats available. The ticket agent, the gate agent and the cabin crew all did nothing to make up for the fact that their system screwed up and stuck me in a cramped coach seat in the back of the plane for 11 hours-- TWICE! Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again."

Negativ: "Seats on the 777 were too narrow. This 777 had a 3-4-3 seating arraignment, it would have been better with a 3-3-3, similar to a 787 configuration. With the current layout, even with an aisle seat, I was sitting in the aisle. And I am not a large person! The flight was full, so use the 787 and two daily non-stops. For a twelve hour flight, the food was only Okay, could have been better and with a better selection. Meal timing was poor."

Für einen Linienflug ok. Hygiene voll in Ordnung. Alles in Allem schon ganz gut.

Zunächst wird bei der Lufthansa eine gegenderte Drohung ausgesprochen, nämlich, wenn die Gäste die Maske abnehmen sollten und sich den Anweisungen der Crew widersetzen sollten, würden die polizeilichen Organe am Bestimmungsort informiert. Das bringt schon mal "gute Laune" in die trotz 9 Mrd. Steuerzahlerstütze unveränderte Kabine. Die sieht dann auch so aus, als ob sie seit der letzten Stilllegung wegen Corona aus Kostengründen nicht mehr gereinigt wurde. Die Businessclass ist ohnehin eine Zumutung, nämlich die gleiche Bestuhlung, wie in Economy, nur mit einem leeren Sitzplatz dazwischen. Lufthansa sollte sich einmal ein Beispiel an Turkish Airlines nehmen, die die Zeit des Lockdowns genutzt hat, um für die Gäste ein Upgrade in Ausstattung und Verpflegung zu organisieren, die ihresgleichen sucht, aber bei der Lufthansa sicher nicht findet.

Negativ: "Hygieneplan scheint nicht vorhanden zu sein. Boarding ohne Abstand und aussteigen unter chaotischen Zuständen. Reihen werden zum Ausstieg aufgerufen, obwohl der Gang noch völlig blockiert ist mit anderen Passagieren. Anti Covid-19-Maßnahmen scheinen hier noch ein Fremdwort zu sein. Sehr enttäuschend und beängstigend. Andere Airlines (Swiss) sorgen für ein besseres Sicherheitsgefühl."

Negativ: "Wie kann man in Zeiten von "Corona" das Flugzeug komplett voll belegen und dann mit "Vertrauen" und "We care for your health" werben? So bekommt man verlorene Kunden bestimmt nicht dazu, wieder öfters zu fliegen... :-("

Negativ: "Freundlichkeit einzelner Crew-Mitgliwder."

Positiv: "Die Crew beim Boarding wie immer akkurat und freundlich. Leider gab es in der Eco nur ein Glas Wasser, was diesmal aber nicht kundgetan wurde (oder ich habe geschlafen und hab das nicht gehört). Danach war aber auch keine Motivation mehr vorhanden die ausgegeben Plastikbecher anzusammeln. Man sollte die einfach im Netz des Vordersitzes reinstecken. Naja ...."

Das Essen war für eine Businessclass und einen mehr als 2 stündigen Flug eine echte Zumutung. Kalte und geschmacklose Vorspeise."

Positiv: "We were late on arrival due to a delay in our connecting flight. Lufthansa had a courtesy van waiting for us on the tarmac and ushered us directly to the flight being sure we did not miss our flight. Lufthansa went above and beyond in their customer service!! We are truly grateful to the airline for their assistance and superior service!!"

This was a great inconvenience for us. Never again on Air Canada. I suggest you explore the baggage process used by Delta."

Negativ: "Crew forced me to change my upgraded comfort seat to accommodate a 12 year old who they knew was going to be airsick. So I spent the first half of the flight next to a vomiting girl. Only after I asked to file a complaint, they allowed me one of two empty seats in premium. Terrible customer service."

Negativ: "Sitze waren sehr verschlissen, bzw. funtionierten teilweise nicht. Bordunterhaltung war nur auf einem Monitor möglich der andere Monitor funktionierte nicht."

Negativ: "I didn't get to board, ended up spending $2,400.00 over and above the $980.00 that I spent booking the initial ticket. I was not informed when I booked the ticket that when you transit through 2 schengen countries, you need a transit document. I was informed about it at then airport. Not only did I miss my flight, I had to book for the next day at a outrageous price. SUPER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...BOTH KAYAK and PRICELINE. Will never recommend you guys to anyone."

Positiv: "I was given a great seat and the food was OK- not the Air France food of 5 years ago but still good"

Negativ: "I didn't really use the in flight entertainment - the usual movies, tv etc"

Negativ: "The gate changed 3 times and the terminal was very crowded. The staff seemed disinterested and distracted. The quality of the food has dropped dramatically."

Positiv: "Direct flight from Indy to CDG is great. The plane was not so full, so I hope business improves so we can keep it going. Very smooth flight, with good and friendly crew."

Negativ: "One hour delay without any information on embarking and another hour in the plane before departure"

Negativ: "After running due to a 1 hr 10 min change over between flights boarding didn't prioritise anyone but I got on fine. Only to be told at the departure time that there was a problem with the baggage hold and we were delayed. In total 50 minutes late leaving. Breakfast a simple brioche with nothing to add to it."

Negativ: "Crew not only lacked sensibility to understand the purpose of an emotional support dog but kept harassing me about the dog being tied to my seat. At some point a flight attendant even tried to touch my dog, invading my personal space. When the dog rightfully acted defensive trying to protect me, the crew member started threatening me that he would have the dog sent to cargo, the last thing a person with an emotional support pet wants to hear. Extreme lack of professionalism."

Negativ: "We didn't get boarding passes for the second flight at EDI so we had to exit the secure area, get boarding passes, and go through security a second time for the same trip."

Positiv: "Während des Nachtflugs war es ziemlich kalt in der Kabine. Aber es gab eine Decke und ein Kissen. Das war gut! Leider wenig Deutsche Inhalte auf den Entertainment Bildschirmen am Vordersitz. Sonst alles super!"

Positiv: "The crew took care with calm and kindness of a man in deep distress and erratic behavior. Impressive. More generally , the crew showed respect and attention to all passengers. Not frequent."

Positiv: "Das Flugpersonal, alle nette französische Damen, mit viel Charm und Erfahrung, könnten uns überzeugen, Air France hat das gewisse etwas!"

Negativ: "Fast eine Stunde Verspätung..."

Positiv: "Super Betreuung, nette Und aufmerksame Flugbegleiter."

Negativ: "Die Sitze waren etwas ausgeleiert. Die fehlende Anpassung der Rückenlehne an individuelle Bedürfnisse sollte eigentlich Standard sein, aber außer einer unberechenbaren Massagefunktion in diesem A-380 Fehlanzeige."

Das Warten in der Kälte war nicht gerade sehr angenehm. Vielleicht auch etwas weniger Werbung für Alkohol. Aber sonst alles ok

Negativ: "Check in war sehr schlecht und auf dem Flug bekam man nicht mal einen Schluck Wasser gratis... Einfach unglaublich wie schlecht der Service war."

Negativ: "Too long standing around for boarding as the plane was delayed and needed cleaning"

Positiv: "Die Crew war nett."

Negativ: "Abflug hat sich um 2h verspätet. Die Maschine für den Hinflug war defekt. Kann immer mal passieren."

Negativ: "Verspätungen sind anstrengend und nervig. Genauere Angaben wann der Abflug ist und direkte Informationen wie es weitergeht wären hilfreich. Außerdem wäre es gut wenn es bei so langen Versätungen etwas zu essen gäbe, nicht nur einen Keks. So wurde uns praktisch ein Tag unserer Reise genommen - schade"

Positiv: "Hatten uns sehr verspätet, da bei den Kontrollen sehr voll war. Es wurde auf uns gewartet und haben es zu dem Flug doch noch geschafft. Vielen Fank nochmal dafür."

Positiv: "Speedy Boarding unkompliziert und schnell und kann ich nur empfehlen"

Negativ: "40 Minuten in der Maschine verweilen zu müssen ohne zu wissen weshalb.... Finde wenn ich schon Speedy Boarding buche, sollte der Weg mit dem Bus zum Flugzeug genau so schnell gehen wie beim Boarding"

Negativ: "Etwas wenig Platz (schmale Sitze, wenig Beinfreiheit. Damit kann ich für den Preis aber leben. Das Personal und die perfekte Abwicklung machen es wett!"

Positiv: "Das Flugpersonal war freundlich und sehr bemüht."

Negativ: "Der Flug war leider nicht pünktlich und es wurde schon zum Boarding aufgefordert, obwohl das Flugzeug noch gar nicht vor Ort war. Obwohl mein Rucksack den Handgepäckbestimmungen entsprach, musste ich meinen Rucksack beim Boarding einchecken. Das war zwar unentgeltlich, aber durch das Warten auf mein Gepäck habe ich meinen Zug verpasst und meine Pins am Rucksack waren abgerissen und ich habe sie nicht wiederbekommen. Es war ein Pin von Maui und einer von den Seychellen. Das ist wirklich mehr als schade und ich habe mich sehr darüber geärgert. Ein Hinweis, dass man die Pins besser abmacht und im Rucksack verstaut, wären wirklich hilfreich gewesen."

Negativ: "Flight was delayed over an hour and ended up parked so far from terminal, not the best for a late flight. The new smal airbus was cramped legroom wise, I had hoped for an improvement over 737"

Positiv: "Flight attendants were very nice as were the pilots"

Negativ: "There was no gate listed until 15 minutes before boarding time. The staff at the airport was very rude. There is no sort of process or order once boarding time comes around."

Negativ: "Der Flug hat ungefähr 50 Minuten Verspätung gehabt, was halb insgesamt der Flug nicht besonders angenehm war."

Negativ: "Baggage regulations, flight departed an hour after scheduled, flight was rough. I will never book with easyJet again"

Positiv: "It was horrible we was delayed 40 minuets originally to then be told we was going to be delayed another 3 hours"

Negativ: "Because when we needed information about the delay and when we could leave the airport no one could give us any information"

Negativ: "Easyjet just takes no legroom to the next level. I guess you get what you pay for."

Positiv: "Friendly staff, offered me to move to improve my convenience. "Hands free" option was very good for us- our suitcases were slightly(!) oversized (can we book this in advance?)"

Negativ: "No water(?) Some entertainment options would be nice..."

Positiv: "We had to pay 60$ for our carry on and it probably costed more than our entire ticket. I am so upset and infuriated at the fact that we weren’t warned in advance. The last easy jet flight we took a week ago we didn’t have to pay for our carry on."

Positiv: "Alles gut, checken Kontrolle war ganz schnell vorüber auch Security Check ging ganz schnell beim Boarding gab’s auch keine Probleme. Auch ohne zusätzliche Kosten habe ich ein Platz mit Beinfreiheit bekommen"

Negativ: "Ich habe bezüglich meines Fluges von Berlin nach Frankfurt am 31. Mai 2018 keine Beschwerden. Es gab lediglich eine kleine Verzögerung von knapp 30 Minuten."

Positiv: "Das Flugpersonal war sehr höflich."

Negativ: "Essen muss bezahlt werden. Bordunterhaltung war nicht vorhanden. Sitze waren sehr eng."
